Lotte Innovate introduces its latest AI agent-based work platform

“We will usher in an era where AI works alongside humans to enhance work performance dramatically,” Lotte Innovate Chief Executive Officer Kim Kyung-yup said.
His remarks were made during the Lotte AI Showcase 2025, where the company introduced the Aimember 3.0 platform.
“Aimember 3.0 is not just a technology platform - it transforms the very way we work,” Kim told Maeil Business Newspaper. “Over 70,000 employees across 60 Lotte Group companies use Aimember daily, resulting in AI services optimized for all aspects of work.”
He added that the company will open a smarter and safer era of AI based on real usage experience verified in the field and its own technological integration.
“The number of client companies - currently over 100 - is expected to exceed 300 by the end of this year,” Kim said.
According to Lotte Innovate, Aimember 3.0 includes six specialized AI agents tailored for work tasks - AI Assistant, AI Meeting Notes, AI Report, Vision Studio (image creation and editing), Voice Maker (voice generation and synthesis), and Checkmate (document inspection and review).
Each agent provides features specialized for specific work purposes. The AI Assistant allows users to summon multiple chatbots in a single chat window for different tasks, integrating search, API connections, and data visualization.
When building a chatbot using internal manuals, employees can ask work-related questions - whether about HR, administration, or planning - and receive immediate, tailored answers without needing to contact personnel from the related department.
AI Meeting Notes automatically transcribes voice into text, generates meeting summaries, and shares key points and topics with team members.
The report automation feature was also enhanced, with the system generating a full table of contents and body text, along with visualization tools to increase persuasiveness, after the user simply enters a topic.
During the event, a demonstration showed a PowerPoint-style report on the topic, “Key Consumer Trends and Backgrounds for 2025,” which was automatically generated in just one minute.
“We are moving beyond AI merely answering questions - now it analyzes user requests and finds the most efficient solutions,” Kim said. “It is designed to handle the entire process from information search to execution.”
Security is also a priority, with Aimember 3.0 applying a security filtering system to safely control data access even when it is integrated with external AIs like ChatGPT or Gemini.
“All affiliates across the group use the system directly and help improve its functions, embedding it into existing workflows,” Kim said. “Even in data-sensitive fields such as finance, it is delivering strong results, proving both technological strength and reliability.”
Lotte Innovate is also building its own AI models across language, vision, and voice domains, and is considering participation in the national large-scale AI foundation model project.
“We will accelerate our expansion into the B2B market with industry-specific functions and aim to enter public and global markets as well,” Kim said.
