BALAAN launches global online platform for worldwide delivery

BALAAN, a South Korean luxury goods platform, launched its global online platform BALAAN.com on Thursday, aiming to deliver products worldwide.

The overseas delivery regions include a total of 151 countries, including the United States, China, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Italy, and France.

To enhance trust in its products, BALAAN.com directly manages inspection, delivery, and customer service for all items from its headquarters.

Moreover, to increase consumer convenience, the platform automatically calculates local customs duties, value-added taxes, and shipping fees during payment

In addition to providing services in English as a default language, BALAAN.com utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically translate content into 20 languages.

BALAAN anticipates that the overseas delivery service will facilitate the global expansion of the 300 domestic brands already available on its platform.

BALAAN currently handles over 5 million products from 6,000 brands.
