Orenburg Mayor Sergei Salmin said that the flood situation in the city has become extremely dangerous. Over the past ten hours, the water level in the Urals has risen by 40 cm and is now 1143 cm. A mass evacuation has been announced in the city. In total, more than 10 thousand residential buildings were flooded in the region, 40 percent of them cannot be restored.
