Samsung portable SSDs receive awards at iF Design Awards 2024

Samsung Electronics announced on Friday that its portable solid state drive (SSD)s have secured awards at the iF Design Awards 2024 held in Germany.

The honored products, the Portable SSD T9 and T7 Shield, received accolades in both the Product and Computer categories from the international design competition.

The T7 Shield, notable for its compact size that fits snugly into one hand, features exceptional synthetic rubber material and a robust design. This is not the first time the T7 Shield has been recognized. It has previously won awards at the Red Dot Design Awards and the Good Design Awards.

The T9, resembling the size of a credit card with a smooth texture, incorporates asymmetrical diagonal grooves and a carbon pattern, evoking the image of a premium wallet.
