(220420) -- HONG KONG, April 20, 2022 (Xinhua) -- Photo taken on April 19, 2022 shows the interior view of an unit of the Penny's Bay Community Isolation Facility (CIF) in south China's Hong Kong.

The first phase construction of the Penny's Bay CIF, with mainland support, was completed, and the units were handed over to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) government on Tuesday.
