Reports on 14 January 2019 state Euronext has launched a formal bid to purchase Oslo Bors for an estimated 625 million euro (729 million USD). Euronext in December 2018 bought as much as 45 per cent of Oslo Bors shares that were put up for auction by Oslo Bors shareholders.
