The Hana Academy Seoul announced a special admission program for students from multicultural families.

The announcement was made to several foreign embassies in Seoul who have a large population married to Korean nationals.

The academy is located at Jingwan-dong, Eunpyeong district, in northern Seoul.

A letter sent to the Philippines Embassy written by the school's principle Kim Jin-sung said that the school "recognizes that high-achieving students come from all walks of life and backgrounds, including multicultural families.

"The school plans to support quality students from multicultural families to grow as global leaders without financial burden through financial aids and scholarships."
