Billionaire investor George Soros said on June 10 that he believes the global financial crisis is far from over, but instead is moving into "Act Two".

He warned "Europe's fiscal woes worsen and governments are pressured to curb budget deficits that may push the global economy back into recession."

"We find ourselves in a situation eerily reminiscent of the 1930s. Many governments are under pressure to reduce budge deficits," he explained.
