InterContinental Hotel Seoul

The Grand InterContinental Seoul introduces a new executive sous chef, Nicolas De Visch at its high-end French restaurant, Table 34. A veteran with 20 years of experience, De Visch will prepare a wide range of traditional French cuisine at Table 34 with his specialties in fish and seafood. The new menu by De Visch is offered for 130,000 won for the eight-course Degustation set and 90,000 won for the six-course Prestige set.

Novotel Ambassador Gangnam

Japanese restaurant Shunmi at the Novotel Ambassador Gangnam has completed its partial renovation and opened the Sake Room and Sushi Bar with a whole new interior design and facilities. Celebrating the opening of its Sake Room, Shunmi offers a 50 percent discount on promotional menus on the 4th, 14th and 24th of each month. The restaurant also presents the Nikata Sake Set Menu for 75,000 won from March 24 to June 30. The set includes fresh sashimi, grilled dishes, sushi and sake. Lotte Hotel Seoul

Lotte Hotel Seoul`s buffet restaurant La Seine will hold its Indonesia Food Promotion from April 2 to 9. Star chef William Wongso, the master of Indonesian cuisine with a growing global reputation, will be invited to present a selection of exotic Indonesian dishes. The diverse selection includes more than 20 kinds of traditional dishes, such as Rendang, beef cooked in coconut sauce and spices, and Nasi goreng (Indonesian fried rice). Hyatt Regency Incheon

The hotel offers the Healthy Food Promotion. The event is in collaboration with Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio olive oil, an Italian home-grown oil and wine maker. To celebrate the launch of Monte Vibiano olive oil at the hotel`s Restaurant 8, the hotel is offering a promotion from mid-April to the end of May. Hilton Namhae Golf & Spa Resort, the first Hilton Worldwide Resort in Korea, has appointed Stefano A. Ruzza as the Resort`s new general manager. Ruzza is an Italian-Swiss hotelier who has 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, of which 11 years have been with Hilton.
